4. Does the Certificates are nationally recognised and which massage association and Heath Funds recognise them?
The certificates are nationally recognized and has the government ‘nationally recognized training’ stamp on them; most of our graduates register with the AAMT (Australian Association of Massage Therapists), and you can find our listing on the AAMT website: http://www.aamt.com.au/colleges.php?findstate=QLD . Most other industry associations will recognise a government ‘nationally recognized training’ qualifications. Health Funds do not handle recognising colleges but they recognize the qualifications.

5. Why the Holistic Education College courses are shorter compare to most other similar courses at other schools.
Our College started as a clinic (which still exist), and with years of clinical experience we developed the knowledge and skills to evaluate the requirement which make a successful therapist. Our courses are structured accordingly placing emphasis on professional approach and practical intuition. As we employ therapists from all around the country including our own graduates we found that short practical courses are more efficient and lead to an earlier employment which is where your skills can be put to practice and improve. Long courses are usually ineffective, expensive, and do not provide a better outcome.
 

6. As I am working full time, is there any flexibility with the course schedule?
Yes we do try to cater for the student individual needs as long as all the course hours and requirement have been completed. Our course coordinator will be glad to discuss this further with you.

7. Can I and what will happen if for whatever reason I need to defer in the middle of the course?
Yes you can. You will need to put your request in writing stating the reasons, the tuition fee will be credited to the following six months course.
