BookingChi Link has provided our customers the electronic claiming facility (iSoft HealthPoint) for their health fund (Both Acupuncture and Remedial Massage), without going back to private health fund company to receive the rebate (please refers to the below lists of logo for the health funds which could be used in I Soft Terminal ). Also, apart from the iSoft HealthPoint, we also provider paper written receipt for the majority health funds. (please refers to the tables).
For your convenience, WHEN YOU MAKE BOOKING OR ON ARRIVAL, it is ESSENTIAL TO NOTIFY our receptionist PRIOR to the treatment if you would like to claim from your private health fund. So that the appropriate therapist who is registered with your particular health fund will be arranged for you.
