These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all services, bookings, gift cards, and vouchers provided under the Chi Link and Chi Day Spa brands.
By accessing our website, making a booking, or purchasing a gift card or voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions & Brand Coverage
In these Terms & Conditions:

“Chi Link” refers to all businesses operating under the Chi Link brand, including but not limited to:
Chi Link Massage & Acupuncture Centre and Chi Link Massage and Wellness. -
“Chi Day Spa” refers to all businesses operating under the Chi Day Spa brand, including but not limited to:
Chi Massage & Day Spa and Chi Day Spa. -
“we”, “us”, “our” refer collectively to Chi Link and Chi Day Spa, including their respective trading names, related entities, and participating locations.

2. General Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Services, prices, treatment durations, and availability may vary by brand and location.

All services are subject to availability and the operational requirements of individual stores.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
3. Online Booking

Online bookings for Chi Link and Chi Day Spa are primarily managed through BookRelax (www.bookrelax.com.au).
Some locations may use alternative third-party booking platforms. -
By making an online booking, you also agree to the Terms & Conditions of the relevant booking platform.

We are not responsible for technical issues, system outages, booking errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies may vary by brand and location and will be displayed at the time of booking.
4. Gift Cards (Online & Physical)
4.1 General Gift Card Conditions

Gift cards issued under Chi Link or Chi Day Spa (online or physical) must be treated as cash.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed gift cards.

Gift cards are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be replaced or transferred to a new card once expired.
4.2 Validity

Unless otherwise stated, all gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian regulations.

Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed, and any remaining balance will be forfeited without refund.

Unused balances on expired gift cards cannot be transferred to a new gift card.
4.3 Store-Specific & Promotional Gift Cards

Promotional or discounted gift cards sold by a specific Chi Link or Chi Day Spa location may only be redeemed at the issuing store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The validity period for promotional gift cards is as stated on the gift card or promotional material and may differ from standard gift cards.

Promotional gift cards are not transferable between brands or locations unless clearly specified.
5. Online Vouchers

Online vouchers issued under Chi Link or Chi Day Spa are subject to the specific terms, conditions, validity period, and usage restrictions stated at the time of purchase or promotion.

Unless otherwise specified:

Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash

Vouchers are non-refundable

Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions

Vouchers must be used within the stated validity period.
6. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, or is not as described.

Change of mind, late arrival, or failure to attend an appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional offers are non-refundable, except where required by law.
