Locate the Yingxiang Point:

This acupoint is found beside each nostril, within the smile lines directly below the center of your pupils when looking straight ahead.

Massage Steps:

Bend your thumb and use the knuckle to gently press and slide from the base of your nose along the nasolabial groove up to the bridge.

Slide back down to the base of your nose and repeat. For best results, perform this massage daily for about 2 minutes or 100 repetitions.

Pro Tip for Enhanced Relief:

Combine with acupressure on other helpful points: Yintang (between the eyebrows), Bitong (upper end of the nasolabial groove), and Hegu (between the thumb and index finger). This routine can help further reduce nasal pressure and bring overall balance to the sinus area.
